I go in smoothie phases, sometimes I will have a liquid lunch every single day for a few weeks – I get obsessed. And then one day my mood changes and I won’t have another smoothie for weeks, or even a couple of months.
When I’m on a smoothie kick I almost always make some version of a green smoothie. I play around with the ingredients, but I almost always end up throwing in the equivalent of a medium size salad into the blender with all the other ingredients 🙂 I know it doesn’t exactly sound delicious, but with all the other tasty ingredients in there, it works.
