I’ll be honest, the extent of my core/abs training (aside from bracing with my core when I’m performing any exercise) is adding an abs exercise here and there between sets of another exercise. Good morning! We are into the week and I hope everyone had an eventful Monday and good weekend! My Monday was a bit of a catch up since we travelled to Canmore, Alberta for a family wedding. Ahhhh I can’t put into words how much I love big family weddings – seriously. LOVE ❤️ I’m talking Aunts, Uncles, cousins x 100, their kids, my parents, brothers, sister, their spouses, and their kids. It’s a lot, and fairly intense when everyone comes together from all corners of the country for such a short time, but when we are all together, it’s the best possible craziness. My heart feels so happy when I’m surrounded by all the people I grew up with, and no matter how much time goes by between seeing one another, we just pick up where we left off – we laugh, we act like we haven’t really grown up, aaaaand we usually have a few drinks 🍹🤗 Read more
Summer is right around the corner! I. Can’t. Wait! When I think about summer I think about the sun….patio season…..the beach….rotating my closet by jamming all my cozy sweaters and boots as far into the back of my closet as possible. Then bring on, all of my fun summery tops, shorts, dresses, sandals, every last thing ……but I should still go shopping 🙂
Summer is the season that feels better to be in your best shape, whatever that vision is for yourself. It’s a fun time of year to dress with the trends and maybe even throw a bikini on and feel good about it.
