Cashew Chicken Fingers

99% of the time when I cook, my goal (besides making really delicious food) is to be quick and no fuss. I also like making things that my kids will enjoy because life is just easier that way.

Most kids I know love chicken fingers, and I think most adults like (love😍) them too. My husband and I sometimes joke that we had kids just so we could order chicken fingers at restaurants and not feel like we are children. Farro Grilled Greek Salad

I’m far from an expert barbecuer, BUT, when all my summer feelings come to surface☀️I try to be a grill master😊 …..well sort of, I admit that I’ve been known to lose focus when I have something cooking on the grill🤭 I sometimes can’t help but get side tracked because I’m usually making the rest of the meal, setting the table, probably doing some laundry, and often being the mediator between Cole and Luke before their disagreement turns into a throw down. Training your CORE

I’ll be honest, the extent of my core/abs training (aside from bracing with my core when I’m performing any exercise) is adding an abs exercise here and there between sets of another exercise.  I almost always pair exercises together because I like to keep myself moving throughout my workouts, so adding a few core exercises is a simple and efficient way to train another muscle group in the same time frame. Summer is coming! So we should talk about ABS…

Summer is right around the corner! I. Can’t. Wait!  When I think about summer I think about the sun….patio season…..the beach….rotating my closet by jamming all my cozy sweaters and boots as far into the back of my closet as possible.  Then bring on, all of my fun summery tops, shorts, dresses, sandals, every last thing ……but I should still go shopping 🙂
