Super Green Protein Smoothie

I go in smoothie phases, sometimes I will have a liquid lunch every single day for a few weeks – I get obsessed. And then one day my mood changes and I won’t have another smoothie for weeks, or even a couple of months.

When I’m on a smoothie kick I almost always make some version of a green smoothie. I play around with the ingredients, but I almost always end up throwing in the equivalent of a medium size salad into the blender with all the other ingredients 🙂 I know it doesn’t exactly sound delicious, but with all the other tasty ingredients in there, it works. BBQ Grainy Mustard Chicken Salad

I am BBQing everything, well almost everything. I love summer so much just for this very reason – BBQ.  I grill a lot of things, burgers, skewers, chicken, veggies, you name it I’ll do it.

The other day I had some leftover grilled veggies in the fridge that I needed to use up. I’m all for leftovers but sometimes I don’t like eating the exact same thing I had the day before – too boring.
